About Rocket One
Rocket One develops and commercialises technology around low-power AI computing, autonomous systems, space and defence infrastructure. Its model combines sponsored research, strategic partnerships and acquisitions to move semiconductor and autonomy programmes from development toward deployable products.
The defence portfolio includes Swarm Stage AI, which adapts coordinated-aircraft software for drone-swarm threat emulation and counter-UAS training. The platform supports AI-assisted scenario generation, three-dimensional mission previews and exercises involving many coordinated aircraft. Rocket One positions this work alongside spintronic-computing research aimed at reducing the energy, cooling and latency constraints of conventional AI hardware.

U.S. Patent 10,239,637 B2 describes a friendly drone deploying a containment unit around a target unmanned vehicle. Rocket One will assess configurations, testing requirements and potential links to its Swarm Stage AI counter-UAS work. The licence grants evaluation rights only; commercial sales require additional rights and approvals.

If the transaction closes, Tracer is expected to become a wholly owned Rocket One subsidiary. Tracer's business includes first-responder drone programs, training, repairs, mapping and LiDAR services. Rocket One sees the business as a potential commercial channel for its Swarm Stage AI and counter-UAS offerings.

Swarm Stage AI is built on swarm-coordination assets and IP Rocket One acquired from SkyStage. Rocket One says the system is intended to reduce the cost and complexity of large-scale counter-swarm training.
