SoulX develops soft consumer robots for sleep, stress relief and home wellbeing. Its first product, MoYa, uses a compliant body, pneumatic movement and tactile sensing to provide rhythmic physical interaction without placing a camera in the bedroom.
The robot is intended to help users establish calming routines through touch and responsive motion, with software adapting behaviour to interaction over time. SoulX is building the product around domestic privacy, soft materials and quiet actuation rather than a rigid mobile platform. Hillhouse Ventures backed the company's 2026 angel financing as it advanced engineering and preparations for consumer release.
