About T-Robotics
T-Robotics’ semiconductor and display systems move wafers or glass substrates through vacuum-processing equipment. Its vacuum-transfer robots combine articulated arms, linear stages, controllers and sealed mechanisms designed for low-particle operation inside process chambers. The same engineering base extends into atmospheric handling and factory logistics, where the company supplies AGVs and AMRs for material movement between production stages.
Customers integrate the robots into larger fabrication or battery-manufacturing lines, with T-Robotics configuring the mechanism, controller and interface around the tool or facility. The company has deployed AMRs in US electric-vehicle battery plants and also maintains a separate rehabilitation and wearable-robot business. This gives the KOSDAQ-listed manufacturer positions in both high-precision equipment handling and human-assistance systems, while its core production model remains the engineering and manufacture of specialist robotic hardware.
