Wandelbots develops NOVA as a software platform for industrial robot operations. NOVA Cloud and NOVA OS connect digital-twin simulation, real-time production data and deployed robot logic, allowing teams to model workflows, validate them and move the resulting instructions into production.

The platform sits across the factory's IT and operational-technology layers while the robot hardware performs the physical task. Wandelbots describes a sense-think-act-improve loop in which robot, sensor and system data feed simulation and optimisation before validated logic is deployed across sites. Robot models, cells, safety systems, process validation and achievable output remain dependent on each customer's equipment and operation.
