About Zhejiang Zhaofeng Mechanical and Electronic
Zhaofeng manufactures wheel-hub bearing assemblies that carry vehicle loads while allowing the wheel to rotate with controlled friction and alignment. Its product ladder extends from individual first-generation double-row bearings to fifth-generation assemblies that integrate the bearing, hub, sealing, wheel-speed sensing and constant-velocity joint functions. The company also produces truck-hub units and tapered roller bearings for heavier axial and radial loads.
Automotive customers select a unit around vehicle weight, suspension geometry, braking interfaces and sensor requirements. Zhaofeng then develops the forging, machining, heat treatment, grinding, assembly and testing process required for production supply. Integrating more components into the hub reduces the number of parts assembled by the vehicle manufacturer and helps control preload and alignment.
