About IRB 2600

IRB 2600 is a six-axis robot family engineered around a compact base and a working envelope sized for dense production cells. Variants combine different arm reaches and wrist payloads for arc welding, material handling, dispensing, machining support and assembly. The mechanical structure and motion control are designed to maintain path accuracy during high-speed operations, including continuous welding and process trajectories.

ABB supplies the robot with OmniCore controllers, application software, positioners, dress packs and process equipment. Integrators mount it on floors, shelves or elevated structures and connect it to fixtures, welding packages, machine tools and safety systems. The family is commercially established across automotive, general manufacturing, metal fabrication and tier-supplier production lines.
