About IRB 6700

IRB 6700 comprises several six-axis configurations spanning approximately 150–300 kilograms of payload and reaches from 2.6 to 3.2 metres. The family is engineered for repeated high-load movement in spot welding, foundry handling, machine tending, palletising and press-line transfer.

LeanID routes process cabling through the upper arm to reduce exposed loops and wear, while model-specific wrist and counterbalance arrangements match different tools and reach requirements. Foundry Plus 2 variants add protection against heat, contamination and aggressive washdown environments. OmniCore control provides motion coordination, safety and energy-management functions, and the arm design extends maintenance intervals for high-utilisation production lines.
