BG RPS Robotic Product Sortation

BG RPS is Berkshire Grey's robotic product-sortation system for break-pack, store-replenishment and large e-commerce orders. It picks individual units and inner packs from single-SKU containers, then sorts them into designated outbound containers. The fourth-generation design supports robotic induction as BG RPS and manual induction as BG RSPS, allowing the same sortation architecture to fit different upstream workflows.

The current product sheet lists up to 700 units per hour for robotic induction, 1,800–3,000 units per hour for the wider system, up to 1,100 transfers per hour and as many as 228 sort destinations. It is designed to install into existing operations in about 2,500 square feet and uses SpectrumGripper technology for varied SKU handling.
