Fork-lifting A3 robots retrieve regular carriers directly from storage and transport them through warehouse or manufacturing flows. The lifting mechanism handles trays, totes, tyres, foam boxes and similar loads, while multi-case storage lets a robot carry several items between shelves and workstations. A3-M, A3-G and A3-L scale the chassis, carrier envelope and lift height for different aisles and storage structures.
Across the family, autonomous navigation, picking, travel and charging are coordinated through the HaiQ management platform over wireless networks. Obstacle detection, active avoidance, anti-collision alerts, emergency stops and lift anti-fall protection support shared industrial operation. Dustproof, anti-static load handling is available for Class 10000 electronics environments, and configurable forks interface with different shelves, conveyors and docking equipment. Hai Robotics lists CE and NRTL certification and notes that A3 models are unavailable in Japan.

2023-04-24 - Product Launch - Order – fulfilment speed is 16 times faster than robot – to – conveyor belt transport enabling higher in/out efficiency in mixed fields. In addition, attendees can witness two star products – the towering 10m tall HaiPick A42TD and HaiPort. The Haiflex system is currently only available in the following countries and regions: EMEA, ANZ, SEA, South Korea, and China.
