About Blueye X3

Blueye X3 is a battery-powered remotely operated vehicle with multiple thrusters, onboard cameras and a tether carrying communications to the surface. Three guest ports provide mechanical, power and data connections for sonar, positioning beacons, manipulators, auxiliary cameras and inspection sensors. The modular arrangement lets operators change payloads between missions without replacing the core vehicle.

A topside operator pilots the ROV through Blueye’s control application while viewing live video, depth and vehicle-status information. Inspection footage and observations can be recorded for reporting and asset-management workflows. The X3 is commercially deployed for aquaculture, shipping, offshore energy, public safety and infrastructure inspection, with Blueye supplying tether systems, controllers, batteries, payload integrations and service support.
