About Cube Orange+ Flight Controller
Cube Orange+ uses an STM32H7 main processor alongside a separate failsafe controller and multiple redundant inertial sensors. Two IMUs are mechanically isolated from vehicle vibration, while a third remains fixed as a reference; duplicated barometers and additional environmental controls improve resilience when individual measurements degrade.
The autopilot is supplied as a removable module that plugs into a carrier board containing vehicle-specific connectors and power interfaces. This separates the core flight computer from the surrounding airframe electronics and lets developers use ArduPilot or PX4 across multicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, rovers, boats and other autonomous platforms.
