S-Series All-Terrain AUVs

Eelume S-Series comprises the portable S3 and larger S6 all-terrain autonomous underwater vehicles. Both are designed for agile low-speed movement close to the seabed and can carry sonar, camera and science payloads for inspection and mapping. The S3 is rated to 300 metres with a 600-metre option, while the S6 is rated to 600 metres.

Payload choice changes endurance, range and survey output. Eelume lists up to 11 hours and 62 kilometres for the S3 under applicable configurations, with speeds above four knots across the family. Navigation combines DVL aiding with acoustic positioning and communication. Multi-aperture sonar on S3 and synthetic-aperture sonar on S6 support high-resolution seabed imaging, while the modular architecture allows offshore operators to configure the vehicle for different survey and inspection missions.
