M-810

FANUC M-810 is a six-axis industrial robot family engineered for high-force machining and material-removal processes. Reinforced castings, backlash compensation and high absolute positioning accuracy help the arm hold a tool path while milling, drilling, tapping or laser processing large workpieces. The family comprises the M-810/190-20B and M-810/270-27B, with 190- and 270-kilogram wrist payloads.

The two configurations provide 2,040- and 2,687-millimetre reaches with stated repeatability of ±0.02 and ±0.03 millimetres respectively. IP67 protection at the J3 arm and wrist supports dry or wet machining cells exposed to chips and cutting fluid. The M-810 uses FANUC’s R-50iA control platform; tooling, fixturing, process loads and programmed paths determine the achievable machining result in a complete cell.
