P-55/15-21A

FANUC P-55/15-21A is a six-axis paint robot for industrial coating and finishing lines. It carries up to 15 kilograms, reaches 2,050 millimetres and is specified for ±0.07-millimetre repeatability. The slim arm and extended working envelope support spray application around moving or fixed parts, including line-tracking configurations demonstrated with overhead conveyors.

The 430-kilogram robot uses FANUC’s R-50iA controller and battery-less encoders, reducing routine battery maintenance within the paint-system architecture. FANUC scheduled mass production for March 2026. PaintTool software can coordinate paths and applicators, while explosion protection, booth ventilation, coating supply, atomizer selection, grounding and process validation remain part of the complete engineered installation.
