About ARGOS
ARGOS is Forssea Robotics' light-intervention and survey remotely operated vehicle for subsea inspection. ARGOS has a 500-metre standard depth rating with a 1,000-metre option, 7 kilowatts of vehicle power, a 20-kilogram payload and 60-kilogram through-frame lift.
Its standard configuration supports station keeping and automatic heading, depth and altitude control. Survey and intervention options include waypoint management, dynamic positioning, inspection sensors, sonar, manipulators and cleaning tools; the installed capability depends on the selected skid, sensors and tether system.
