Kawasaki Robotics’ RS005N packages six-axis articulation into a 34-kilogram arm for compact industrial cells. It handles payloads up to 5 kilograms across a 705-millimetre reach, with ISO 9283 positional repeatability of ±0.02 millimetres. Joint speeds rise to 740 degrees per second at the final wrist axis, giving integrators a small robot for short-cycle assembly, transfer, dispensing, tending and material-removal operations.

The standard installation supports floor or ceiling mounting and operates with Kawasaki's F60 controller. IP67 protection at the wrist and IP65 at the arm help isolate the mechanism from common cell contaminants, while built-in utilities simplify routing to end tooling. Each deployed station still combines the arm with application-specific grippers, process tools, guarding, sensing and fixtures; those choices determine the validated task and cycle performance.
