LD-150 is OMRON Robotics' announced next-generation autonomous mobile robot for indoor material transport. The compact base is designed for aisles about 1 metre wide and accepts a range of top modules and accessories. OMRON Fleet Operations Workspace Core coordinates routes, traffic and workflows, with backward compatibility intended to let the model join fleets containing earlier LD Series vehicles.

The robot measures 500 by 700 by 320 millimetres, carries up to 150 kilograms and travels at up to 2.1 metres per second. Inductive wireless charging is specified to take 30 minutes or less, and the platform can handle ramps up to 5 degrees. The standard sensor layout provides a 240-degree field of view; a rear accessory planned for 2027 is intended to extend coverage. OMRON exhibited the model at Automate 2026 and states that shipping is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

  • OMRON Robotics introduces LD-150 and LD-300 AMRs

    2026-06-09 - Product Launch - The LD-150 carries up to 150 kg in a 500 mm-wide base; the LD-300 carries up to 300 kg in a 580 mm-wide base. Both announced models reach 2.1 m/s, use inductive wireless charging in 30 minutes or less and integrate with FLOW Core for mixed fleets. OMRON planned Automate demonstrations on 22–25 June and expected shipping to begin in Q4 2026.
