About HEBI H-Series Actuators
H-Series modules integrate a brushless motor, zero-backlash reduction, encoders, inertial sensing, thermal and current monitoring and control electronics inside an IP65 actuator. The family provides continuous output torque up to approximately 140 newton-metres for heavier robot arms, mobile manipulators and inspection systems.
Each actuator communicates over 100-megabit Ethernet and accepts position, velocity and torque commands at high update rates. The modules operate from 24–48-volt supplies and can be combined with HEBI brackets, tubes and software libraries to create multi-axis structures. Developers retain access to low-level feedback while avoiding separate motor, gearbox, sensor and controller integration.
