IGRIS-C
About
About IGRIS-C
IGRIS-C is a 154-centimetre, 56-kilogram biped with 43 controlled degrees of freedom across its hands, arms, neck, waist and legs. Stereo RGB and depth cameras, inertial sensing and compliant control support indoor navigation, manipulation and safe physical contact in laboratories, schools, offices and factories.
The platform includes a master-arm teleoperation device, remote-control application and data environment for inspecting and labelling demonstrations. Linux, Cyclone DDS and C++ and Python interfaces support reinforcement and imitation learning. ROBROS offers IGRIS-C in South Korea and accepts international development enquiries for manufacturing, logistics, construction and research programmes.

Timeline
- ROBROS receives M.AX commendation for IGRIS-C commercialization
2026-09-17 - Award - The commendation was presented at the 2026 M.AX Awards on September 17. The recognition cited IGRIS-C commercialization for manufacturing and logistics workflows.
Source - ROBROS joins Crest-led KIRIA humanoid battery-system demonstration
2026-08-07 - Award - The demonstration will run through the end of 2026 and cover Crest's intelligent BMS, hot-swappable battery pack and charging-station architecture. ROBROS will provide the IGRIS-C industrial humanoid as the exact validation platform. A three-year results-utilisation period is intended to move the validated component system toward commercialisation after the demonstration.
Source - ROBROS demonstrates dynamic whole-body motion with IGRIS-C
2026-07-30 - Demonstration - The video shows backflips, windmill spins, kicks, and repeated squat-to-stand motions. ROBROS describes the control problem as real-time adjustment of a rapidly shifting centre of gravity across the full body. The company says IGRIS-C proof-of-concept programmes are under way with Lotte Global Logistics and at shipyards.

2025-10-02 - Award - The competition ran alongside the 24th IEEE-RAS International Conference on Humanoid Robots at COEX in Seoul. IGRIS-C placed first in the adult-size bipedal static obstacle avoidance category. Robros described the robot as a general-purpose platform for AI data collection and industrial proof-of-concept work.
Source - Robros delivers first IGRIS-C to Robotable
2025-09-26 - Deployment - Robotable became the first customer to receive an IGRIS-C unit on September 26, 2025. Robros said the delivered humanoid would be exhibited at Gyeongnam Robot Land. The handover converted the earlier preorder program into a completed customer delivery.
Source - Robros raises KRW4 billion to scale IGRIS-C production
2025-07-10 - Funding - The KRW4 billion round took Robros' cumulative disclosed funding above KRW6 billion. Stick Ventures invested KRW2 billion, while HB Investment and Lotte Ventures each invested KRW1 billion. Robros planned to use the capital for IGRIS-C production equipment and recruitment ahead of customer deliveries.
Source - Robros opens IGRIS-C preorders at KRW150 million
2025-07-01 - Product Launch - The preorder model was specified at 150 centimetres tall, 52 kilograms and 31 whole-body degrees of freedom. Its standard five-finger hands provide 11 degrees of freedom, while both arms can lift a combined 6 kilograms. Robros targeted autumn 2025 deliveries at a sale price of approximately KRW150 million.
