About A-MATE Lite
A-MATE Lite is a compact counterbalanced autonomous mobile robot for floor-to-floor movement of half-Euro pallets, dollies, roll containers and custom carriers. Its omnidirectional drive fits an 800-millimetre-wide chassis into constrained production and warehouse routes, while the electric free lift raises loads by 300 millimetres and handles up to 600 kilograms.
Natural-feature LiDAR navigation removes the need for fixed guides, and 3D sensing checks both the carried load and nearby obstacles. The vehicle travels at up to 1.5 metres per second and combines 360-degree safety coverage with controls designed to DIN EN ISO 3691-4. A-GATE middleware connects the robot to facility workflows, while an optional ROKIT interface provides VDA 5050 fleet interoperability.
