About OL-450S
OL-450S is OMRON's low-profile omnidirectional autonomous mobile robot for transporting carts, roll cages, trolleys and custom load carriers indoors. Its integrated lift plate slides beneath compatible carriers, adjusts from 108 to 308 millimetres and handles loads up to 450 kilograms through narrow aisles and shared work areas.
The robot travels at up to 1.2 metres per second, has an approximate runtime of seven hours at full load or eleven hours unloaded, and wirelessly charges from 20 to 80 percent in 25 minutes. Two front safety scanners, obstacle avoidance and a rear bumper support shared-space operation. FLOW Core coordinates tasks and fleet traffic, while an optional 1.6-metre mast raises the scanner for environments needing greater localization visibility.

The AMR is designed for material-handling workflows where low clearance, safety and efficient movement matter. The launch anchors OMRON's public robotics profile in AMRs as well as industrial automation and collaborative robots.
