RS025S

RS025S is Kawasaki's compact six-axis general-purpose industrial robot for handling and process work in space-constrained manufacturing cells. It carries 25 kilograms across a 1,325-millimetre maximum reach, while the smaller body and reduced interference radius allow equipment to be placed closer around the arm.

The wrist combines high allowable moment and inertia with internal routing for cables and hoses, supporting end effectors used in handling, assembly and machine-tending cells. IP67-equivalent protection covers the arm for dusty or wet production environments. Kawasaki launched the model on 25 November 2025, positioning it between lower-payload compact robots and larger R-series arms where cell density and a 25-kilogram payload must be balanced.
