VT6L All-in-One 6-Axis Robot

VT6L is Epson's six-axis industrial robot with its controller integrated into the base, reducing the separate cabinet footprint in compact automation cells. The arm carries up to six kilograms, has a 920 mm stated arm length and repeats positions to ±0.1 mm. Epson offers AC-powered tabletop, wall and ceiling arrangements, plus a 48 V DC tabletop configuration.

Tool and cell interfaces include standard and remote I/O, while environmental choices include standard, ISO Class 4 cleanroom and IP67-protected versions. A published 0.60-second cycle applies to Epson's specified 300 × 25 mm arch test with a one-kilogram load, not every production motion. Integrators must select tooling, fixtures, guarding and process settings for the actual assembly, handling or machine-support application.
