KUAVO 5W

About

About KUAVO 5W

KUAVO 5W combines an omnidirectional mobile base, lifting body and dual seven-axis arms for work across floor-level, bench and elevated industrial positions. Its folding and lifting mechanisms extend the reachable workspace while retaining a stable wheeled chassis for long-duration movement between production stations.

The platform integrates head and wrist cameras, optional lidar, microphones and NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin compute. Manual and autonomous charging or battery exchange support repeated operation, while dexterous-hand and gripper options adapt the arms for inspection, handling and equipment interaction. Leju positions the robot for manufacturing, patrol, guidance and research deployments.

Timeline

  • Leju Robotics releases LET2.0 cross-robot dataset

2026-09-17 - Research Publication - Two calibrated KUAVO 5W units used one model for parcel sorting, with reported success rates of 88.9% and 86.1%. The initial tasks cover parcel-bag picking and switch-part sorting; a shared calibration, collection and quality-tracing process supports cross-machine reuse.
