About KMR iisy CR

KUKA’s KMR iisy CR is a cleanroom mobile manipulator built from a wheeled autonomous platform and a six-axis LBR iisy CR cobot. Fraunhofer certification covers ISO Class 3 cleanroom operation, low-particle and low-emission behaviour, and electrostatic-discharge suitability for semiconductor and electronics production.

The 11- and 15-kilogram arm classes pair with a mobile base rated to carry 200 kilograms at up to 1.5 metres per second. KUKA.AMR Fleet manages the platform, while iiQKA.OS2 controls the arm. Available semiconductor interfaces include E82 and E84, and named workflows include pick-and-place, material transport, palletizing, and handling FOUPs, SMIF pods and open cassettes.
