About RB-ROBOUT+

RB-ROBOUT+ combines Robotnik's heavy-duty omnidirectional mobile platform with a Universal Robots cobot for industrial manipulation. Supported arm choices include UR8 Long, UR12e, UR15, UR20 and UR30, giving arm payloads up to 35 kg. Robotnik lists material handling, welding, masking or coating, sanding and polishing among the intended workflows.

The mobile manipulator operates for up to eight hours and uses omnidirectional motion to approach work from different orientations in constrained production areas. A safety PLC, lidars and SICK safety architecture support collaborative operation, while ROS 2 provides the integration layer. RB-ROBOUT+ is a distinct arm-equipped system and must not be merged with the RB-ROBOUT transport AMR that supplies its mobile base.
