KR QUANTEC PA

KR QUANTEC PA is KUKA's floor-mounted industrial robot family for palletising cases, bags and other unit loads. The specialised kinematic arrangement keeps loads oriented for stacking patterns, while the long reach lets one arm serve tall pallets or multiple stations. Integrators combine the robot with a controller, gripper, guarding, conveyors and cell software appropriate to the product and required cycle.

Current variants offer nominal payloads from 120 to 240 kilograms and a reach of 3,195 millimetres. Published repeatability spans plus or minus 0.06 to 0.07 millimetres by model, and standard versions carry IP65 protection. Arctic variants are intended for cold stores down to minus 30 degrees Celsius, while HO versions use food-compatible lubricants. Exact axis count, controller generation, payload and environment package must be checked for the selected variant and not inferred across the whole family.
