iER120-2400-PL

ESTUN iER120-2400-PL is a four-axis industrial palletizing robot for moving bags, cartons and other unit loads in safeguarded logistics cells. It carries up to 120 kilograms across a 2,400-millimetre reach, with specified repeatability of ±0.04 millimetres. The parallel-link palletizing architecture keeps the tool orientation suited to layered stacking while covering a broad floor-level work area.

The floor-mounted arm weighs 1,050 kilograms and carries an IP54 protection rating. AC servo motors drive the four controlled axes, and the published installation envelope covers ambient temperatures from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and relative humidity from 10 to 80 percent. Gripper design, load geometry, conveyor timing and pallet pattern determine the throughput and usable payload of the completed cell.
