About KR TITAN ultra

KR TITAN ultra is a six-axis heavy-duty robot family covering payloads from 1,000 to 1,500 kilograms and reaches from 3.2 to 4.2 metres. Its rigid double-swing-arm structure controls large workpieces with high moments of inertia while maintaining a relatively compact floor footprint.

Standard and foundry variants support battery production, automotive structures, photovoltaic modules, castings and other heavy manufacturing tasks. The modular architecture shares components with KUKA’s wider heavy-robot range, while KR C5 control manages motion, safety and external axes. Protection reaches IP65 and IP67 in supported configurations.
