LUNA

About

About LUNA

LimX Luna is a full-size humanoid for performances, visitor interaction and entertainment in venues such as shopping centres, museums and theme parks. Its 27 body degrees of freedom and second-generation System 0 motion engine coordinate walking, gestures and dance. Speech, a facial display and chest lighting provide several channels for interaction with people.

LimX Studio supports choreography, movement teaching and video-based motion creation. An AI task editor combines motion, voice and visual elements into a programmed sequence. Synchronised control of more than 200 robots is an advertised option that requires the Content Development Expansion Kit and feature activation. The Standard Edition's content tools support new routines, while access to general secondary development is restricted. LimX specifies emergency stops and functions for collision response, falls and operator interruption.
