Mech-Eye Industrial 3D Camera

Mech-Eye Industrial 3D Cameras cover working distances from 250 millimetres to 3.5 metres across ten current models. Compact NANO and UHP configurations address fine assembly and measurement, PRO and ULTRA models serve medium-range robot guidance, and LSR and DEEP models extend coverage to large bins, pallets and outdoor-lit workcells. Model-specific depth resolutions range from 1280 × 1024 to 2448 × 2048 pixels.

The cameras generate detailed 3D data for bin picking, machine tending, depalletizing, assembly and quality inspection. Aluminum IP65 housings protect the optical systems against dust and water, while passive cooling supports factory-floor installation. Ethernet connects each camera to Mech-Eye SDK and Mech-Vision software for acquisition, calibration and robot integration. The family carries a certified mean time between failures of at least 100,000 hours.
