About

About MEOX Vision

MEOX Vision is a tethered underwater inspection vehicle for examining aquaculture nets, hulls, moorings and other submerged structures. Eight 540-watt thrusters provide manoeuvring force, while a two-megapixel camera and two 1,500-lumen lights supply the operator's view. The vehicle runs from a 230-volt topside supply through its tether and is rated for operation to 300 metres depth.

The published vehicle dimensions are 780 by 560 by 380 millimetres, with a mass of 38 kilograms. MEOX lists a 100-metre cable on the product page and offers task-specific additions including a gripping claw, washing lance, skid and rope or chain cleaner. Those tools extend inspection into intervention and cleaning work, but they are optional configurations. Tether management, surface power, water conditions and the selected tool remain part of planning each deployment.
