IGX Thor Module and Boardkit

NVIDIA IGX Thor Module and Boardkit covers two production configurations for industrial, medical and robotics edge systems. The IGX T5000 module combines a 2,560-core Blackwell GPU, fourteen-core Arm Neoverse-V3AE CPU, 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory and a Functional Safety Island. OEMs integrate the module with a custom carrier and their own I/O architecture.

The IGX T7000 board kit adds a carrier, Board Management Controller, safety microcontroller and ConnectX-7 SmartNIC with 400-GbE networking. An optional RTX PRO Blackwell GPU raises family-level compute to 5,581 sparse FP4 TFLOPS; that maximum does not describe the standalone T5000 module. Both configurations run the IGX software stack for sensor processing, multimodal inference and isolated workloads. This production family is separate from NVIDIA’s development-only IGX Thor Developer Kits.
