L30

OceanAlpha’s L30 is a 7.5-metre aluminium deep-V USV for patrol, maritime security, search and rescue, and logistics support. Twin diesel engines drive configurable waterjet or shaft propulsion, producing a stated speed of about 35 knots. The 4.5-tonne vessel has a published 220-nautical-mile range and is rated for operation in sea state 3.

Radar, lidar, AIS, visible cameras and optional electro-optical equipment provide situational awareness for autonomous, remote or manual control. The navigation software supports obstacle avoidance and automatic return when operating conditions exceed configured limits. A 300-kilogram payload allowance accommodates mission equipment such as acoustic deterrents, drone detection, searchlights and rescue gear. These figures apply to L30 and do not inherit performance from OceanAlpha’s other maritime-security vessels.
