About MD-650/900

MD-650/900 is OMRON's two-model autonomous mobile robot family for moving pallets, containers and bulky materials indoors. The MD-650 carries 650 kilograms at up to 2.2 metres per second, while the MD-900 raises capacity to 900 kilograms and travels at up to 1.8 metres per second. Natural-feature navigation lets both models route through existing facilities without magnetic tape or reflectors.

Front and rear safety laser scanners provide 360-degree coverage, supplemented by low-object detection for pallets and low-profile obstacles. Specified runtime is ten hours unloaded or eight hours at full load, and automated charging takes 19.6 minutes from 20 to 80 percent. MobilePlanner provides the control interface, while fleet coordination and load-specific accessories adapt the shared base to production, staging and warehouse workflows.
