Quicktron M100

Quicktron M100 is a 1,000 kg mobile lifting robot for bringing racks and unit loads to warehouse workstations. The low-profile vehicle lifts a compatible rack by 60 mm and uses differential-wheel drive for turning and spinning. It follows floor QR codes, with quoted positioning accuracy of ±10 mm and a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s unloaded or 1.2 m/s laden.

The robot works within Quicktron’s coordinated material-handling system, combining mission scheduling with automatic or manual charging. Its catalogue specifies 7.5 hours of runtime under standard operating conditions; actual performance depends on the installed workflow and charging strategy. A named commercial application is LILLYDOO’s German shelf-to-person system, where more than 20 M100 robots bring pallets and shelving units to fixed picking stations.
