PhyArc Series

PhyArc Series is Phybot's family of integrated rotary actuator modules for robotic joints. Each module combines an electric motor, cycloidal reducer, motor-side and output-side encoders, drive electronics and a communications interface in one cylindrical assembly. The six sizes share a nominal 72-volt design with a published 24-to-72-volt supply range; smaller modules use CAN FD, while the larger models add Ethernet connectivity.

The range spans PhyArc 47 through PhyArc 150. Model-specific rated torque rises from 3 newton-metres on the 343-gram PhyArc 47 to 180 newton-metres on the 3.5-kilogram PhyArc 150. Intermediate configurations preserve distinct size, mass, speed and torque pairings: for example, PhyArc 78 is rated at 40 newton-metres and 100 revolutions per minute, while PhyArc 95 is rated at 75 newton-metres and 80 revolutions per minute. Phybot provides matching development hardware and an SDK for controller integration.
