RelayRx carries medications, laboratory specimens, chemotherapy materials, meals and supplies through hospitals without requiring a staff escort. Its enclosed 41-litre compartment protects the load while navigation software moves through crowded corridors and configured building routes. Chain-of-custody records support clinical logistics where the origin, destination and delivery completion must remain traceable.

Hospital deployments connect the robot with lifts, doors and destination workflows so it can travel between departments and return autonomously. Relay Robotics reports more than 800 deliveries per month at an average hospital and a delivery completion rate above 99 percent. The system is intended to return transport time to nurses, pharmacy teams, laboratories and other staff while preserving human control over loading, access and handoff.
