Prospr

Prospr is a hybrid-electric autonomous vehicle developed by Robotics Plus and offered through Yamaha Agriculture for orchard and vineyard operations. Independent electric wheel motors provide traction and steering, while an onboard Tier 4 diesel generator extends field operation without external charging. RTK positioning, LiDAR and camera perception support row navigation and obstacle detection, and operators can plan and monitor work through desktop, tablet and physical-control interfaces.

The vehicle weighs about 2,000 kilograms without payload, has approximately 50 kilowatts of drive output and is designed for rows at least 1.85 metres apart. Its modular interface accepts Q Series foliar sprayers with four, six or eight fans and H Series under-canopy herbicide attachments. Spray rate and airflow can be controlled by zone and vehicle speed. Yamaha states that Prospr is commercially available and deployed in the United States, Australia and New Zealand; site mapping, connectivity infrastructure, attachment choice and crop geometry remain part of each implementation.
