About SHERPA-D

SHERPA-D is a compact autonomous mobile robot built to collect and move wheeled load carriers. Sherpa lists compatibility with dollies, rolling pedestals, rolling trays and stacks of bins, with a maximum 250 kg load and 3.6 km/h speed. The product is aimed at line feeding, parts transfer and other repetitive internal movements through narrow or congested facilities.

The robot maps the operating space and navigates through 360 degrees without permanent guide infrastructure, correcting its route around detected obstacles. Sherpa's common platform combines lidar, safety electronics, optional 3D vision, dual-band Wi-Fi, operator controls and fleet supervision. SHERPA-D has one normal driving direction and supports inductive opportunity charging for round-the-clock fleet availability. Its ISO 3691-4 compliance claim applies to the designed vehicle; safe deployment still depends on the dolly interface, load stability, route rules, traffic management and site acceptance.
