About TRM Series

Robot-arm designers can use the TRM Series as a complete rotary-joint building block, bringing a precision transmission, motor, brake, sensors and drive electronics into one compact assembly. The integrated architecture reduces the packaging work required around a separate reducer and supports the lower mass and smaller joint envelopes sought in collaborative robots.

TRM modules communicate through CANopen or EtherCAT and support integration with ROS-based control systems. Torque sensing is available as an option, allowing builders to select feedback capability for the intended arm architecture. TC Drive provides the family as a modular range with model-specific torque, speed and dimensional choices, so joint sizing can be matched across shoulder, elbow and wrist positions while keeping a common control and mechanical approach.
