About

About CRG Series

CRG Series comprises the CRG 30-050 and CRG 200-085 parallel grippers. Their servo-electric drives regulate finger position and gripping force, while integrated part detection reports whether a workpiece has been acquired or lost. The two models provide 50- or 85-millimetre stroke and gripping-force ranges of 15–30 or 75–200 newtons.

PERMAGRIP maintains the selected grasp through a power interruption, and absolute position sensing allows operation to resume without a homing cycle. IO-Link carries configuration, status and gripping-distance data to the machine controller. Both models are IP40 units rated from 5°C to 50°C, with ±0.005-millimetre repeatability and programmable status rings for collaborative workcells, assembly, packaging and laboratory handling.
