XCC's robot-bearing range addresses several different mechanical roles inside a joint. Flexible bearings operate within harmonic reducers, while other designs support RV reducers, rotary outputs and compact crossed-roller assemblies. For flexible bearings, repeated deformation makes material cleanliness, heat treatment and control of the bearing geometry central to the manufacturing process.
The company combines upstream material and forming operations with finishing of complete bearings. Its production chain includes tubing, forging, turning, heat treatment and grinding, supported by dimensional inspection. This allows it to control the progression from a metal blank to a finished rolling component while serving automotive and industrial customers alongside robot and reducer manufacturers.
