Olis Robotics develops edge software for diagnosing and supporting industrial robots and PLC-controlled equipment. Its Android application and Windows or Linux platform combine controller state, live inputs and outputs, PLC tags, teach-pendant access and camera streams so technicians can inspect a fault and its physical context from one interface.

Timestamped video is synchronised with machine events for replay, while secure screen sharing and controller tools support remote troubleshooting without a conventional VPN. Integrations cover FANUC, Universal Robots, Kawasaki, Yaskawa and Allen-Bradley systems, with robot safety limits remaining enforced during remote control. The software can run entirely on the factory network and expose operational data to supervised AI agents without sending production data to a cloud service.
