About CMES Robotics

CMES Robotics combines three-dimensional scanning, object recognition and motion planning within automated workcells. In its depalletising systems, depth data identifies the location and shape of boxes, and software converts those observations into robot paths and vacuum-gripper actions. Recognition and handling can adapt as successive layers expose different object arrangements.

The systems include calibration, simulation and registration tools for introducing new box types. Rescanning and retry routines address failed detections or unsuccessful grasps, while diagnostic and retry statistics help operators maintain the installation. CMES applies the same sensing-to-motion approach across logistics and manufacturing tasks, connecting perception software with the robot, gripper and production workflow.
