Summary

About

About NAU Robotics

NAU Robotics develops industrial robots and factory-automation systems in South Korea. Its product range includes NURO articulated robots, NUCA SCARA robots, take-out robots for moulding operations, autonomous mobile robots and engineered automation cells. The company combines robot design and controls with line integration for manufacturing customers, covering applications such as part handling, assembly and movement between production stages.

NAU acquired control of Hanyang Robotics in early 2026 and subsequently signed an absorption merger with a stated effective date of 30 June. The combination adds Hanyang's take-out-robot portfolio, manufacturing capacity and overseas operating base to NAU's articulated, SCARA, mobile-robot and systems businesses. Development programmes in AI control, reducers, servo systems and humanoid drive technology are additional technical lanes; the current commercial foundation remains conventional industrial robotics and automation.
