About COSTR Motion
COSTR Motion supplies the actuation layer for intelligent robots through flat brushless servo motors, frameless torque motors and integrated joints. Planetary-joint products combine motors with compact gear reductions for dynamic axes, while harmonic versions target high-precision motion with reverse backlash as low as 15 arcseconds. Integrated arm modules give builders a more complete mechanical and electrical unit for rapid robot assembly.
Motor development and production take place within the same Huizhou manufacturing operation, covering electromagnetic design, moulds, machining, winding, coating, assembly and testing. Customers can use the full OEM process or select individual stages for prototypes and volume programmes, supported by mechanical data and matched drive and reducer plans. COSTR reports production above 200,000 motors per month and expanded into a larger facility in August 2025 to serve humanoid, quadruped, collaborative and industrial robot programmes.
