About
About DeTect
DeTect develops two-dimensional and True3D radar and remote-sensing systems for airspace safety, security and environmental monitoring. Its products detect and track aircraft, birds and drones around airports, wind farms and other protected sites.
The systems turn radar returns into classification and alerting information so operators can identify hazards and manage airspace activity. DeTect combines radar hardware, software and application-specific analysis for aviation safety, bird-impact prevention and counter-UAS operations.

- 2025-04-23 - Deployment - DeTect deploys MERLIN radar on Blue Oracle offshore buoy
The radar was installed on the OCG-Data buoy 30 kilometres east of Port-la-Nouvelle, France. The system was scheduled to remain operational throughout the bird-migration season. DeTect described the installation as the first successful bird-radar deployment on a low-cost dedicated far-offshore floater.
