Givon Defense builds and integrates defence ventures around operational capability gaps. Its team maps mission needs, assembles specialist teams and external technologies, runs battlefield-informed validation and supports procurement, deployment and entry into international defence markets.
Work is organised across autonomous warfare, border and critical-infrastructure security, and end-to-end integrated solutions. Counter-UAS is one active area, including evaluation of LiDAR-based precision localisation for low-altitude threats and the co-founding of SkyFort for civilian-site protection. Founded in Israel in 2025, Givon operates as a venture builder and systems integrator, advancing technologies from early assessment into mission-focused companies and fieldable systems.
