Guardian RF
About
About Guardian RF
Guardian RF combines portable Scout sensors, fixed-site Scout-X units and Full Spectrum receivers for different radio environments. The sensors listen without transmitting, and the software correlates observations across locations and time to identify recurring drone activity. Aircraft and pilot tracks can be retained for later investigation and exported into other security systems.
The platform provides shared views across facilities while allowing organizations to retain ownership of their local sensing infrastructure. Cloud and on-premises deployment options, role-based access and APIs support different operating requirements. Scout's cellular or satellite backhaul serves portable installations, while Scout-X adds wired connectivity and mesh networking for persistent coverage.

Source - 2025-12-12 - Award - Guardian RF earns $100,000 DIU top-performer award
Guardian RF received a $100,000 award as one of the three top performers behind the overall challenge winner. The result followed live Falcon Peak testing against threat-representative small drones in realistic and unscripted conditions. Top-performing solutions became eligible for possible follow-on agreements and transition into operational use.
Source - 2025-09-18 - Demonstration - Guardian RF demonstrates counter-UAS sensing at Falcon Peak 25.2
Guardian RF joined the ten challenge finalists in live testing at Eglin Air Force Base on September 18, 2025. Vendors were evaluated against individual and coordinated small drones using diverse communications protocols. The exercise assessed detection, classification, localization, scalability, cost and readiness to integrate with command-and-control systems.
Source - 2025-07-21 - Award - Guardian RF selected as DIU low-cost sensing challenge finalist
Guardian RF was one of ten finalists selected from 118 submissions to the Counter-sUAS Low-Cost Sensing Challenge. The finalists covered passive RF, radar, acoustic, optical, infrared and mixed sensing approaches. Selection advanced Guardian RF to live demonstration and testing at USNORTHCOM Falcon Peak 25.2 in September.
